Spa Find Remineralize Plus High Strenght Body Balm Review

Hi everyone,

I was recently sent this gorgeous High Strength Body Balm by Spa Find which is a new product from their Remineralize Plus range. This is a new collection of products which contain even more minerals and are ‘designed to boost hydration levels and promote a youthful complexion’. Although I was sent this item by Spa Find, I have reviewed the product like I would any other and will only ever give my honest opinion.

I was intrigued to try this product as some areas of my skin get very dry and as the balm promises to leave your skin feeling extra soft, I was curious to see if it would be able to sort out these problem areas for me. I also hadn’t tried anything from Spa Find before so I was looking forward to testing out some of their products.

One of the first things that I noticed when I opened the tub is how nice the balm smells! I love anything that smells fruity so the citrus scent of this product was perfect for me. I also think that it adds to the fresh feeling you get after applying it.

I have been using the lotion every day for about two weeks now and I have to say I have noticed a considerable improvement in the condition of my skin, particularly in the areas where I was prone to dryness. I applied it quite liberally after showering in the evening so that I could leave it to work its magic overnight and when I wake up in the morning my skin feels so lovely and smooth.

The balm is fairly thick in texture, presumably due to it being super strength and so moisturising, and for this reason it does take a little longer to soak into the skin than some of my other body balms. After a while though you can’t tell you have applied it and it didn’t leave my skin feeling sticky for the remainder of the evening. The thicker texture also means that a little goes a long way so a 200ml tub would last you a decent amount of time.

Overall I really liked this product and thought it felt really pampering and quite luxurious to use. It’s allergen free which is really good for my sensitive skin and it didn’t cause any irritations to me at all. Although it does cost a little bit more I think it’s worth it for the extra benefits that you get, such as the extra hydration and the natural ingredients.

Have any of you guys tried this product? What did you think?

Thanks for reading xx

  1. This sounds lovely! I have a few body "butters" but not any balms - it sounds so luxurious. Winter hasn't done much good for my skin so I will have to look into this as a saviour!x
