Chloe Perfume Review

Hi everyone,

The Chloe perfume is one that has been on my wish list forever and whenever I was in a store like Debenhams or Selfridges it was always one that I was drawn to when visiting the perfume counters. I think my mum must have picked up on this as she very kindly and unexpectedly bought it for me for Christmas just gone.


This perfume is a floral scent with a musk base which, for me, stops it being too girly and gives it a more grown up and sophisticated feel. Before I was given this perfume I had my eye on it as a perfume that I would wear on my wedding day and I still think that will be the case now I own it. I feel like I might be being a bit forward and presumptuous planning the perfume I will wear when I get married haha but as soon as I smelt it I just thought it had that romantic feel to it and I just loved it so much.

The top note of the perfume is Bergamot with a heart of white rose and magnolia and then the musk and cedar scents provide the base notes. I think this perfume is timeless and classic and one that I hope to have in my collection for a very long time to come. The bottle is so cute too and I love the ribbon bow around the top.

I will stop glowing about this perfume now but if you haven't smelt it I would definitely recommend trying it out and I am sure you will love it too.

    No, I haven't tried this scent, but I think it must be very good, cause you said you would wear on your wedding day, so it's really special! I like when it's not too girly, especially with a musk base - I love that! So good that you got it as a present and I will go to a counter to try it :) Hope you have a very nice week!

      It just stood out to me as soon as I smelt it as a fragrance that would be perfect for a really special ocassion like a wedding day :) I would really recommend having a spray of it next time you see it in a store, I'm sure you would like it. I hope you're having a fab week too. x

    I absolutely adore the packaging, it's too cute! I've seen it around in ads and social, but I don't believe I've smelt it before. You're now making me curious because it sounds lovely. I love love scents that are both feminine and flirty as well as musky scents, so the fact that there's a hint of both sound really appealing! Thanks for sharing, beauty, and I hope you're having a great start to your week so far!

    PS: I think it's lovely that you're planning to wear this on your wedding day, one thing already ticked off the to-do's and there is sure to be a lot, haha!

      Haha I know, my boyfriend thinks I'm crazy as I have a whole Pinterest board dedicated to weddings! Like you say, at least I have one think ticked off my to do list though :) It sounds like you would really like this perfume and I would really recommend giving it a try next time you're in a store that sells it. For me it is a timeless and elegant fragrance and I can't see that I would ever go off it. I hope you're having a lovely week x
