I
thought I’d just do a quick post on the new Avon Advance Techniques Moroccan
Argan Oil which I recently purchased whilst in pursuit of replacement for the
Moroccan Oil Hair Treatment. Although Moroccan Oil is a firm favourite of mine,
I was looking for a cheaper alternative and when I saw this one in Avon I decided
it as worth a try.
About
the product and how to use it.....
A
lot of people will probably be familiar with the Argan oil hair treatments as
they are so popular at the moment and there are so many brands to choose from.
The Avon Advance Techniques version is used in the same way as the others out
there and you simply apply it evenly through damp hair and style as normal.
This bottle costs £5.50 for 30ml which is very cheap for an Argan oil product
and you don’t need to buy it that often as a little goes a long way.
The
good...
I
was a bit sceptical at first as I have used other Avon hair products in the
past and haven’t been that impressed. However, after using this product I was
happily surprised and my hair was left feeling soft, silky and nourished. I was
also struck by how much shiner my hair appeared to be! It tamed all the
fly-aways and frizz that my hair is prone to and made it much more manageable
and easy to style. I really like the smell of the Avon Moroccan Oil and the pump
style bottle which it comes in makes it easy to dispense without lots of
product pouring out.
The
not so good.....
There’s
not much at all that I dislike about the Avon Moroccan Oil really. The only
downsides are that it does weigh my hair down slightly more than the Moroccan
Oil Hair Treatment that I usually use but not enough to put me off using it
again. Apart from that I don’t have anything bad to say about it and I think it
works more or less as well as some of the more expensive options available.
Overall
I really like the Avon Moroccan Argan Oil and I think I will be using this hair
treatment from now on. There is also a shampoo and conditioner in this range
which I would be really interested to try so if I give it a go I will let you
guys know how I get on :)
