Zara Joyful Tuberose Perfume Review

Hi everyone,

If I am honest, before receiving this perfume as a gift for my birthday, I had never really given much consideration to Zara perfumes. I knew that they had a range but there isn't a Zara in my local city centre so I don't shop there often and hadn't smelt any of them. Apparently I am way behind on this and as I opened my present, my friend went on to explain how nice the Zara perfumes are and she thought that Joyful Tubrose in particular would be right up my street :)

This perfume is made up of notes of blackcurrent, grapefruit, lemon, tangerine, musk, sandlewood and vanilla to give it a fruity but also floral scent. I love the musk that is added which in my opinion makes it feel more grown up and sophisticated and just tones down the fruity aspects. The packaging is simple but cute and I have certainly seen worse!

When I looked on the website and saw that this perfume is only £9.99 for 100ml I was so shocked. I honestly thought it would be so much more as the scent is just really nice and it smells expensive (if that's even possible). If I didn't know that this perfume was from Zara, I would have guessed that it was made by Chloe or Dior or definitely a higher end brand. With the price point being so reasonable, I have found that this has made a great every day perfume to wear at work and for those times when I don't want to reach for the more expensive fragrances in my collection that I like to save for more special occasions.

If you haven't checked out the Zara perfume range than I would definitely recommend tracking them down next time you head out shopping. For the price you really can't go wrong and I will be repurchasing this perfume once it has run out without question.

Have you tried this perfume or any of the other Zara ones? What did you think of them?

Thanks for reading,

Hannah xx

  23. How did you like the fake tanner? Usually I am a little scared to try cheaper fake tanners at risk of me getting streaky stained skin!
