Dior Addict Lipgloss in 453 Dolly Pink Review

For me working in a department store can be truly dangerous for my bank balance and when the store manager decided to hold a meeting on the cosmetics department last week, I knew it would lead to a purchase of some sort!

The Dior lipglosses all looked so pretty and shiny that I was instantly drawn to them and before I knew it my money was in the till and I was the owner of the Dior Addict lipgloss in Dolly Pink. This is such a girly bubblegum pink shade which has a hint of shimmer to it and being a true girly girl it is a typical ‘me’ colour to choose.

The packaging is so luxurious looking (for me it tops YSL lipglosses which are always raved about for their sleek packaging) and I really like the little brush applicator. The formula is lovely and not in the slightest but sticky and despite the shimmer it is really smooth and doesn’t feel gritty at all. I can’t stand it when shimmer is left behind after the gloss fades and that’s all you can feel on the lips so I was really pleased that this lipgloss doesn’t wear like that at all.

Being Dior it is on the pricey side at £22 but I do think it’s worth splashing out on as it makes me feel that little bit more special and glamourous when I use it and it will last you a decent amount of time too.
