I was so gutted when I missed out on the
MAC Cinderella collection as Cinderella was always my favourite Disney princess
growing up and I absolutely loved the film remake. I really wanted the lip glass
or the lipsticks but when I went to buy them on the website they were already
sold out. I complained about this to my boyfriend who, to my amazement,
surprised me last week as he had tracked down the Glass Slipper lip glass and
bought it for me! I have no idea where he managed to get it from as he won’t
let on but I suspect it might have been eBay.
Glass Slipper is a gorgeous pearly,
super shiny lipgloss with a shimmery and slightly pink finish. I can see this
might not be one for everyone out there but I love how girly it is and it
somehow makes me feel extra special when I wear it. I really like the formula
of MAC lip glosses in general and find that they aren’t too sticky and this one
is no exception.
I’ll be honest here, the Cinderella packaging
is what made me want this lip gloss all the more but what can I say, I’m a
sucker for a marketing ploy! If I could, I probably would have bought the whole
collection but I’m so happy my boyfriend kindly bought this for me as I really
love it and have been using it non-stop.

I know Mac Cinderella range was selling out like hot cakes as soon as it came online. And how sweet it is for your boyfriend to surprise you with it, he's a keeper for sure. :-)
